Texas-built, engineer-minded
Ark Industries builds Texas's most trusted luxury homes — and, for clients who want it, the most advanced fortified living space money can build. We don't sell fear. We sell peace of mind, finished to a standard you can measure.
Builders first, in every trade that matters
Our roots are in the disciplines that make a house actually work: structural framing, electrical, HVAC, insulation, and the building envelope. Luxury, to us, isn't a veneer applied at the end — it's what happens when every hidden system is done right and the finishes have something worth standing on.
That same discipline is why our clients trust us fourteen feet underground. A shelter is the ultimate building-envelope problem: structure, air, water, and power, engineered without margin for error. It's the work we were built for.
Why we build both — and won't split them
Most fortified homes are two projects wearing one address: a builder above, a shelter vendor below, and a seam between them where accountability goes to die. We refuse that seam. Ark Industries designs and constructs the residence and the shelter system as one continuous project — one contract, one schedule, one team answerable for all of it.
It's also why we hold the exclusive builder contract at The Estates at Lone Oak, a private 70-plus home development on 400 acres about an hour east of Dallas.
Four words we build by
Engineered
Every claim is backed by a spec — wall thickness, door rating, air-exchange rate. If we can't measure it, we don't say it.
Discreet
We build for people who want capability, not commentary. Nothing about the home announces what's underneath it.
Uncompromising
The shelter is finished to the same standard as the primary residence. No bare concrete, no institutional fixtures.
Texas-Built
Owned and built by Texans, on Texas land, for Texas families.
How we talk about what we build
You'll notice what's missing from this site: countdown clocks, threat maps, and doomsday language. That's deliberate. We describe capability, not catastrophe — because our buyers are people planning for their families' comfort and continuity, not audiences to be frightened.
When we say a wall is fourteen inches of steel-reinforced concrete, that's the marketing. The specification is the story. If that's the way you like to be spoken to, we'll get along well.
